Why is it that T-Mobile is the best cell phone service provider when it comes to customer service but when you want to try to find out exactly when you contract is over they have no way to check on line and when you call they won't answer that question? I am coming do for an upgrade but they won't tell me when because they are afraid I am going to change networks when my contract is up. The length of a contract and when it comes do should be the very first thing listed on every bill you get but yet it is information that is impossible to find. They have stone walled me at every turn when I have tried to figure out exactly when my contract is up. I know it was roughly two years ago when I signed the 2 year contract but I don't remember the exact month and the try to hide such basic information.
