T-Mobile ETF Refund Not Properly Processed

Hello,

 

I swtiched to T-Mobile from Verizon in early February and submitted my bill for an ETF Reimbursement on 2/24.

 

I moved three lines over from Verizon. The ETFs associated with those 3 lines were: 1. $310, 2. $190, 3. $310, for a total of $810

 

I just received a confirmation tonight (3/12) that my ETF Reimbursement request was approved. However, it was only approved for $310, $500 less than I was expecting. My immediate thought is that since I submitted my entire Verizon bill (also 20+ pages of it), that the charges for the other two lines that were in the middle and back of the bill went unnoticed. I called customer service and they were unable to help me. They said I would need to resubmit my ETF Reimbursement request but I know that if I do that, my request is just going to get denied because the original request was approved, albeit for the wrong amount.

 

What can I do? This is incredibly frustrating and I have had so many problems with T-Mobile since switching from Verizon. I would just like one experience with T-Mobile to actually be pleasant.
