In all previous cases I could hit the Print Format button and get a nice HTML printout of my bill. Now it opens a new window in both Firefox and Safari browsers on OS Lion and gives this message:
Address: https://ebill.t-mobile.com/myTMobile/onPrintBill.do
Please wait...
If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document.

It would appear the web programmers at T-Mobile assumed that I have Acrobat Reader. Why should I need this when I can simply print the HTML bill out to PDF using the Mac printer function?
I need it to either download the PDF file like all other web sites do on the Mac or for it to continue to issue the standard HTML version of the print format. The paperless billing Print Format button is now broken on the Mac.
And please don't make excuses or ask me to try something else. It's broken. Fix it.
PS: Given I already have a T-Mobile online account, it sure would be nice if I didn't need to sign up a separate account for posting. I'm sure to get more junk mail by giving my email address again.
