I am at my wits end! It has been 5 months since I have been able to pay my bill online. I have called customer service for the last 2 months to pay my bill. I go through all the steps and then I get a message unable to process bill at this time. It should not take a couple of hours each month to pay my bill. If this continues then I will have to think about changing companies since I don't have 3 days each month to pay my bill. Anyone else having these problems?
