I have been a customer for almost 9 years and I won't be for much longer. Customer support used to be a high priority for T-Mobile, sadly they are now so interested in fighting with Verizon that the long time customer no longer matters, at least that is the way it feels. I have been having issues with my phone for over a year and every time I call abou it I get the same comment. "We have to factory reset your phone because I do not have a record of you calling about this issue before." Really? I have been calling at least once a month since August but no notes on the account. I bought this HTC One S when it was first released and it has been nothing but problems since I got it. I have been paying the insurance on it since day 1 and still nothing. Text messages work when they feel like, if they feel like. I paid $300 for this piece of junk and 6 months after my purchase HTC sends out a twee "We will no longer be updating the HTC One S with Android or HTC Sense firmware." I spoke with a rep again this morning and got the same line. I guess Verizon's offer is looking better and better. So after 9 years it looks like it is time to cut ties.
