This is frustrating paying off EIP.

I am trying to pay off my EIP on three lines. One went through successfuly but the the other two will not. I am using the T Mobile Value card to make the payments.  It says "We're sorry, your payment didn't go through.
Please try again.
" I checked on the citi bank website there is plenty of credit left on the card.

 

My balance on my cell plan was zero, now after the first EIP payment it is showing a credit figure? Why is this? thanks.
