trying to print out return shipping label for tradein switch2tmobile program.

Hi,

I'm trying to print out the return shipping label to mail in my old devices to qualify for the we pay your etf program (switch2tmobile). However I'm getting a : "We're sorry. You've reached the maximum number of trade-ins allowed for this order."

Can someone help? I can't but feel I'm getting con'd here. I've read the fine print and I know I need to trade in my old device--but its difficult if tmobile makes it impossible to do so.
