During last week of Feb, I got a new t-mobile individual connection for 972-878-4369. I paid $50 as a advance for the line in my first bill for the period (3/1-3/28). On 3/1 after few days I have added a 2nd line. Today I got a bill as $80 for the 2 lines from 3/1-3/28 (for the same period). I thought I supposed to pay $30 only for the 2nd line in my 2nd bill. The amount I have paid for the individual line $50 for the same period has not been counted. When I contacted the customer care they are telling if you add a line you will be charged in advance $80. Due to that I have lost $50!!! In my case they should charge for only $30 by deducting the individual line fee that I paid in advance in my first bill itself. This is not acceptable and I would like T-mobile to waive the 2nd bill by $50.
