I travelled out of the States to the UK and Nigeria on 26 January. I did not subscribe for roaming and did not use my line to make any calls but continued to receive occasional US calls from my wife (we are on the same family package. However,T mobile billed me about $300 as roaming charges for the first billing circle and from 11 March, I removed the sim card from my phone. It has since remained inactive since 11 March. But surprisingly T mobile billed me $180 as roaming charges for the second billing circle. How long is a billing circle. Why did T Mobile charge me for roaming when I did not enable roaming by dialling #766#? Is T mobile still billing me roaming charges for a line that is inactive since 11 March? How do I claim the amount paid as roaming charges back?
