I summited 4 times already. I received only one etf but have 2 other lines from verizon that keep getting denied. I have summited all info needed as well as traded in my phones. The etf is clearly on the bill. This is starting to get very frustrating. When i call customer service they say the people in charge of the etf refunds will only help if i dont receive the etf refund card. What the heck is going on. Feeling like this was a mistake to switch to tmobile from verizon. Might have to look else where...
