One of the claims was denied and I'm not sure why, we switched over two lines from Sprint to my account.
We were told that the line wasn't an ETF but it has an end termination and how much is owed to Sprint. T-Mobile has already taken the phone from us, a brand new Note 3 and gave us a measly $150 ("fair market value, we know that's not even close).
There are a few options that can happen here, 1) Give us the rebate for the Sprint ETF and call it done. 2) Don't give us the rebate for the Sprint ETF, give us the Note 3 back from Sprint, and we'll repay the "fair maket value" back. 3) Don't do anything and I'll have to get my Law Firm involved as well as the Better Business Bureau.
I've had no issues with T-Mobile up until now with these transfers. If I knew this was going to be a scam I wouldn't have suggested this to my family to move over to my account.
Please help me figure this out or I'll have to take matters into my own hands.
