Paid EIP in Full, But the Amount is in Parenthesis in the Account

Hi,

 

     I just paid off the rest of the EIP balance on a device in full. However, on my account page, it shows this amount in parenthesis and at other times, such as dialing #225#, it shows my balance is a negative number for the total EIP balance I paid. The charge has also not shown up in my bank account. Do the parenthesis just mean that the charge is still pending or was there an issue in paying off the EIP?
