I paid mine in full and was told that they made a mistake on what they quoted me. Now T-Mobile wants me to pay more and not going to adhere to the transcript I had emailed to me just in case. This is the 3rd time, easily, I had to deal with T-Mobile saying I owed them more than expected. I think it's time to leave T-Mobile and take all 3 lines with me. I've also traded a phone in but they couldn't track that down because it was a different department. Has this happened to anyone else?
