I purchased an ipad air 128gb space grey on 4/14 over the phone for next day delivery. Why Tmobile doesn't stock these in-store is a mystery to me but that's another story. After receiving the wrong color ipad on 4/15 I called in and was told to send back the ipad and place another order. My credit card would be charged again and refunded the amount when they received the return. Sales says it will go out for next day delivery. I am quoted and receive an email that the amount due for the exchange is $371.90.
I see an email this morning that my credit card is charged $692.37 and shipping is 2-4 days. Thanks for letting me know, NOT! I guess that's the service you get being a 12 year customer with T-mobile. Customer service says I didn't have enough credit for the EIP so they charged me more. I am told that to get the full EIP deal I need to refuse delivery on the incoming ipad and after tmobile receives that 2nd ipad return my credit limit will be reset. Then I can place another order for an ipad a 3rd time and get the full EIP deal. WOW lucky me! This is the most convoluted process ever. Another sales person at tmobile advised me to call my credit card company and ask them to deny the charge from Tmobile, then call back and place another order, just so I could get next day delivery. He was "100% sure" the credit card company would do that, and within a few minutes tmobile would know the charge was denied. WRONG, a credit card company will NOT do that. Why call tmobile again when all the person will tell you is that they apologize for my being mis-informed? Everyone there can sell you stuff but they are can't solve problems. I GIVE UP!
