I am new user of T-mobile and I just switched from AT&T, since I heard T-mobile can provide good service with lower cost. And, I opened my account on 2nd April.
However, I am not told that I can not use my corp discount, which is used by my coworkers. I am told by T-mobile employee that I can add my discount when I go home. Now, t-mobile told me that all corp discounts are not available from April. Why there is no one told me when I opened account?
Without this discount, my bill is very close to my previous carrier's cost. If that is the case, why should I switch my service? I hope T-mobile can provide clear info when open a new account, and let me use my corp discount. If the service keeps like this, I will consider to switch back to AT&T.
