Hi,
A recent bill has a lot of charges for calls outside of the plan allowance. It is my son's phone (but my name and account). He says these were facetime calls at home and were therefore over our own home wifi network, however I have received these charges.
I have spoken to someone on the helpdesk but they were not really able to help.
Is there any way to prove that these were facetime calls over my own wifi and therefore I shoulnt be picking up a charge.
(My son is currently using an iPhone 4, however the original handset he got when we got the contract was a blackberry which gave up the ghost ages ago with many months left on his contract to go)
Please does anyone have any ideas or knowledge that could help me in this situation.
