Hi,
I can't find anywhere on the website to raise a support ticket for this, so I'm going to describe my issue here.
I've attempted several times, on different days/weeks, to set up an auto-pay arrangement for my monthly prepaid plan, but when I click the final confirm button I always get:
System Error
The T-Mobile refill system is currently unavailable.
The corresponding URI is: https://tmobile.ecustomersupport.com/tMobile/processVoiceAutoPayAutoRefill.do.
I suspect this may be related to me using a UK credit card and billing address (I'm British), but I really don't see why, because I can perform one-off refills successfully using all the same card and address details.
Can someone from T-Mobile look into this please?
