Payment not authorized

Hello, I'm trying to pay my prepaid bill by using my card and I've tried with my bank account, With either it says not authorized. I've been calling support and being transferred from department to department in a loop for two days. I did a charge back in January because I used the T-Mobile myaccount app to pay for my bill and when the day came for my service to be renewed my service was canceled. Then I used the newer my T-Mobile app to add funds and then my service was reinstated. I looked at my bank account and there were two T-Mobile charges. But I didn't have the extra 70 dollars in my account to show for it.

 

I came here and posted about it and was in contact with someone from T-Mobile for around 2 days and I had no answer after those 2 days (I'm still awaiting an answer to my emails...) Anyway since no one answered I initiated a charge back with my bank. I got my money back and now I cannot pay my bill because I'm sure there was a restriction put on my account and I keep getting transferred around and no one seems to know because someone else knows and I get transferred infinitely until the end of time... Please help!! What can I do? My service needs to be renewed on the 6th of this month!
