ETF

I submitted my Verizon bill for an ETF reimbursement. I should have been reimbursed for 2 lines and only one was approved. I called customer support and they said the reason was that there is a limit of 20 pages when submitting online. There is no warning about this when submitting your bill at all. The customer service rep told me to submit the line that was not approved again. I had to edit the PDF file so it would be less than 20 pages. Will they now deny me because my bill will be "incomplete" or because this is my second submission under the same name? Has anyone had this issue?
