For the last few months, I've been unable to manage anything with my account from the my.t-mobile.com website.
All sections within the "billing overview" page are blank, with the due date shown as "no data available".
The refill tab takes me to a dead link.
The usage tab spins forever, never showing any data.
The plan tab says "we are currently having trouble with your request".
When attempting to set up autopay, which it says is OFF even though the phone representatives insist I am currently enrolled, it says every credit card number I enter is invalid.
Starting in April, autopay failed to charge, my service was cut off, and I had to call to manually charge my card. I just spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get my autopay changed since the website is completely broken, and we'll see if that at least sorts that out. I'd rather switch carriers than have to deal with that every month.
I've called support and used chat and everyone says they're going to open a ticket to get the issues worked out, but nothing ever changes. What do I have to do to restore my ability to manage my account via my.t-mobile.com?
