Billing Cycle change -- Bill was not prorated

Hello,

 

Due to the addition of a T-Mobile Advantage employer discount, my billing cycle dated changed from the 21st of each month to the 7th of each month.

 

I just received my latest bill and it shows that I am being billed for "Monthly Service Charges from 3/21/14 - 4/06/14". A partial screenshot is posted below. I'm on the standard Simple Choice plan with 4 lines.

 

It appears that I was billed for a full month of service even though there were only 16 service days during that timespan.

 

Is this billing correct? It seems to me that the service should have been prorated for this month, or there should have been some type of adjustment.
