Okay, we switched two lines from AT&T in February. Ported the numbers, traded in two iPhones, and purchased new iPhones. Problem is that AT&T did not list "ETF" next to the final fees on our last bill. We have talked to so many people on the phone at AT&T, and they refuse to give us a bill stating that the final charge is for an ETF.
You would think that after lengthy explanations with T-Mobile (even went into the store with this issue), we would have a solution, right? WRONG. We were asked to submit it all in physical paper form via the mail, and we did that, along with a letter explaining the problem with our AT&T bill. We were told it would be taken care of.
Guess what came last week? Yup, another "denial" letter from T-Mobile. We are now stuck with a nearly $600 bill from AT&T, and no one at T-Mobile seems to give a rats backside. I have paid my bill every month, but I cannot get T-Mobile to give me any answers. I feel like I got the shaft by both companies here... some help would be appreciated.
