Every time i try and activate my prepaid account, i get a processing error. It happens after Step #2 where i put in my information. I've tried refreshing or using the back button at least 10 times. Still nothing. I've waited till this morning, still get the error. Could i activate my account if i call support? I was specifically wanting the $30 100 Minutes, Unlimited Text + Data plan. I bought the activation kit off of T-Mobile if that helps.
