I'm at my wits end here.
My wifes ETF reimbursement been denied twice, (with another likely impending) and mine has been three times already! Every single time the reason has been; "Your bill does not reflect the early termination fees for one or more of your lines". This is bologna, I have drew arrows to , highlighted and even circled right where it says in bold lettering; EARLY TERMINATION FEE":$$$.
Also included are our address, names and other account information... everyhting it says is needed on yalls website.
I'm not sure how much more clear I can be in showing where the ETF it is at on the bill. It is like they are ignoring it?? Every time I've been denied I have added more arrows, lines, circled and highlighted the spot thats states the ETF but still not working. I should also mention I have been doing this online with our final bills scanned in to a pdf file so everything is quite clear.

Every time I call customer support they either tell me I just have to send it again, (even though its gonna be denied), or that they can only help if I don't receive my reimbursement card once I've been approved. I just wish I could send my ETF information to an actual HUMAN, and not whatever system they have processing their reimbursement paperwork.
Someone please help!!!!!!!!!!
