To summarize. I tried T-Mobile for 20 days. The service was unreliable in my area, so I had to cancel my service and return to AT&T. I was on a no contract plan with T-Mobile, when I activated and returned my device.
Although I returned my device, and I received a return acknowledgement email, I still received a bill in the mail for $666! I nearly choked. Actually, I think I did.
The $666 included service for 20 days, the full equipment retail price, AND a $200 early termination fee.
I spoke with a supervisor today, however, she couldn't immediately resolve my problem. She said she needed to investigate a little further. She said she would call me back within an hour, and 6 hours later I have received no phone call, and they wouldn't give me a phone # to call directly.
I am very disappointed how all of this is evolving. This is no way to do business, especially when T-Mobile is competing with larger, stronger markets, such as AT&T who is now lowering their rates.
I am in the process of opening a case with the Better Business Bureau.
