Got this message today both on my phone and on my.t-mobile.com:
| "Data Plan Threshold | Line xxxxxxxxxx has reached it's high speed data limit until 2 days. Add additional high speed data to continue use." | ![]() |
I am grandfathered in at the $70 plan for unlimited and have never gone over 1GB. To date, I only have used .48GB of unlimited as shows on the website:
CURRENT PLAN
Simple Choice Plan: Unlimited Talk + Text
TALK
1138mins
of unlimited
TEXT
241 msgs
of unlimited
DATA
473.86 MB
of
high-speed
What gives? After being transferred twice and no one able to help, I gave up. So far it doesn't appear I'm throttled, but since I'm grandfathered in at $70, are they trying to convince me to add $10 for the new plan? I'm confused. I don't want to get these messages every end of the billing cycle...
