My wife and I recently paid off the rest of my EIP on my iPhone and I received a letter from T-Mobile telling me that they were unable to approve my application for the services that I had requested: what services? My account shows that the phone was paid off in full and neither my wife nor I have requested any services (especially any that would require a credit check--which, if I'm not mistaken, checking your credit score too much can adversely impact your credit score: not happy). I guess my actual question(s) is as follows: What is the nature of the supposed 'application' and why did I receive this letter?
