I started with T-Mobile back in March and on March 20th signed up for the T-Mobile Advantage program. I work for a state University and did get a email sent to my university email address stating "Congratulations You've been confirmed for the T-Mobile Advantage program. Some of my co-workers get 15% discount. I know that I applied before April 1st so should be grand fathered in.
How long does it take to get the 15% discount since it is June and my next bill July still does not show any discounts. I have called T-Mobile support at least two times and keep being told to wait for the next month. What is happening since I came over from Verizon who gave us 18% discount. How long should this take to show up on my bill.
