I am trying to register my old phones from Sprint for trade in so I can qualify for the ETF reimbursement promotion. When I enter my order number, it says "We're sorry. You've reached the maximum number of trade-ins allowed for this order." I have spoken to two customer service representative, and no one can help me. I'm trying to register them so I can print labels to send them in. I know I only have 7 days, and I'm worried. I have seen multiple posts on this forum about this same issue, but no posting has a solution listed. Please help!
