I was told about the amazing jump program in January and loved the idea of getting a new phone. But was not told about the deductible I would have to pay if anything happened to my phone. I have a cracked screen, 8 dollar part and 30 min of my time and its fixed. You guys wanted a 175 dollar deductible? I find this deceptive. This process should have been explained over the phone when I was sold the jump plan. Obviously the person on the phone was doing a good job pushing the sale. Ive been with tmobile since 2008. This may change my mind.
