In November, a crammer somehow seems to have signed me up for a $9.99-per-month "service" that shows up on my bill. When I talked to T-Mobile customer care, they promised a refund and to stop the bill. In December, the service was re-billed. Customer care promised to refund both months and to stop the service from billing again.
I've just received my January bill, and guess what? The service that I never authorized and that T-Mobile promised to stop is there again. I'm now out $30, and customer care doesn't seem to be able to help.
Is there a magic word that I should use when talking to customer care? Can I revoke authorization for third-party billing?
