This is now month three of not being able to use your EIP payment online. I have tried IE 11, Chrome, and Mozilla, but none work. I have tried different computers, but that does not work. I have called 611 several times for help and they said try again in another 24 hours after the ticket has been sent to Technical Support. I can't express in words how disappointment I am with TMobile ... especially when going into a store and one of the reps there saying that "Yeah, TMobile has a major problem working in buildings, and than saying that yeah we don't work around the Target shopping area, but it is getting better since she has been with the company for 10 years" I am not sure what to say when one of your in store reps actually says that. I wish that I had gotten her when I signed up ... I would have ran at that point. I have never had a phone that had absolutely no service.
