I have been trying to make a payment either from the phone itself, or online

I am always in this endless loop, I will not try anymore by phone, I don't have 2 - 3 hours to stay in this endless loop.
Why do so many people have problems with auto-pay, or just paying from phone or online ?
I did a google search on this subject, it's pretty bad.
I am pretty fed up with the same blank every month, setup auto-pay, then the day your bill is due, get a text that says unauthorized.
I wish they would fix this problem.
