T - Mobile sent a debt collector agency after me despite full payments made.
I informed T-Mobile I was moving abroad and I paid the final bill of £16.51. The amount was cashed from my bank cheque but they have sent a debt collector after me with threats of court.
My paymenmt did not reveal in my online statement conveniently for them.
It is impossible to contact them by phone from abroad as they do not have a local number for overseas callers. They have a mobile number! I called this number from abroad and I was passed from pillar to post costing me a lot of money and my issues was not even addressed.
There is no email address to address complaints to them directly.
This is disapppointing and very annoying. I am in the process of contacting their regualtors for a formal complaint!
If they care to look at this forum, my account no is 47440300. The cheque no 102196 was cashed on 16.10.12.
Does anyone have a similar experience with them and how did you proceed with complaints?
