I walked into tmobile on the 4th of july, bought a iPhone 5s under the pretense that I would be able to have it unlocked through customer service (611) before my trip to Vietnam on July 11th. By the 6th i received my first email of declination & followed up swiftly with another call to 611, after being told to go pay two monthly EIP installments & requesting again, I was sent yet another declination email on the 7th, when I went to return the phone on the 8th I was told that not only would I not be receiving a cash which is how it was given to this "company" but that I would have to wait for a check & a deposit to my bank account. the total of 449.00 was given in cash why am i not able to receive this back in hand exactly the way I gave it to your company. Not only is this a hassle but i was told that i would forfeit $10 dollars for a sim card... I want all my money & I want it now!!!! I gave you cash why don't I get it in return?
