Hi,
I'm not a T-Mobile Customer, infact I'm based in the UK, and it seems when someone started their contract they incorrectly entered my email address by mistake... so now I get all their monthly bills.
I can't unsubscribe or use live chat as eveythings asks for a t-mobile number... which I don't have.
I just want my email taken off the database, and unassociated with the account... but I'm not going to ring an international number to do so.
I have the account number if that would help fix the issue?
