This was not answered but someone marked it as answered. I am still sitting on a bill that I have not paid, I already re-applied for employee discount - it said it was successful but I have not seen a new bill?
How do I get this resolved? Do I have to take it into a store?
My newest bill is missing my employee discount. There was a very public statement some months ago about T-Mobile ending those discounts followed by a huge outcry response followed by T-Mobile saying that was only for new customers.
Soooo. what happened?
