Learn how to print or view your T-Mobile bill on this page. You can access your current bill, as well as bills from up to one year ago. If you would like to obtain a copy of a bill past one year, you'll need to contact T-Mobile Customer Service.
You can also get printed copies of your last three billing statements at any T-Mobile-owned retail store. Remember to bring a government-issued photo ID.
Steps
Current bill
To print or view your current bill, follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
Note: Make sure your line is the Primary Account Holder. - Next to the pink PAY BILL button, click View bill.
- In the Current charges section, click Print bill (PDF), which is over toward the right side.
- In the Choose bill version box that opens, select either the VIEW SUMMARY BILL or VIEW DETAILED BILL.
To print your bill, it depends on which Internet browser you're using. Look for a 'printer' icon to click somewhere on the page, or sometimes you can right click over the bill and look for the Print command in the menu that pops open.
Bills up to 12 months ago
To print or view a previous bill (up to 12 months ago), follow these steps:
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
Note: Make sure your line is the Primary Account Holder. - Click BILLING at the top of the page.
- Look near the top of the page to the right and you'll see a date range (such as May 14 - June 13, 2014).
- Click the pink drop-down arrow and you can select from a list of previous bills, up to one year ago. A bill summary for that bill opens.
- In the Current charges section, click Print bill (PDF), which is all the way to the right.
- In the Choose bill version box that opens, select either the VIEW SUMMARY BILL or VIEW DETAILED BILL.
