I have called and emailed and done everything I know to do and cannot get any help from anyone from T-Mobile. This is my problem:
I started service on Sept. 26th. I saw the phone I purchased a lot cheaper at Best Buy so I went back on Sept. 29th and cancelled service, but T-Mobile was able to give me the same deal Best Buy had. So I re-started service. I moved to a new town and didn't have any service at all on Oct. 20. I called into customer service and I was told if I came into the store before Oct. 29th I could cancel my contract without an early termination fee. (I live in California and you have 30 days). I went into TMobile on Oct 28th and cancelled service. The service rep I worked with called in my cancellation and told me I would NOT be charged an early termination fee. He told me to email contract review just in case and tell them exactly what I have stated above. I checked my bank account today and noticed I WAS charged an early termination fee. I called into TMobile and spoke with 3 different people who all told me they coulnd't do anything and that I had to email contract review. I explained that I already have. I do not have an extra $200 laying around and I need that money back NOW. I cannot believe there is no one to talk to about this issue. I keep getting told I have to email and that is all I can do. I have told all my friends and family never to sign up with TMobile. This whole thing is a scam and I want my money back. How can I do that? Who do I need to talk to? THis is ridiculous.
