I have been so frustrated with T-mobile since I recently found out I had a delinquent balance, that I was not aware of, go in to collections!!! Back in 2009 I switched from flex pay to a monthly plan. I was told I had to pay off the balance of the flex pay plan in order to switch over. Was never told there was an outstanding balance that had to be paid, I was under the impression, as I was told by the representative that that account was closed. Keep in mind that I still have a t-mobile monthly plan and I was never once contacted about an outstanding balance. Why would they have me pay off the flex pay account, only to say there was a remaining balance. To my understanding it was policy to pay the entire balance before I could switch over and that's what I did. So here it is i'm applying for a mortgage and this $57 collection pops out of no where and drops my credit score 30 points. I am beyond irate. I never received any notice, no phone call nothing. I would have just paid the money to prevent it from going on my credit. If this collection cannot be resolved I will definitely be taking my business ELSEWHERE!!I have been a loyal customer since 2009 and this is the thanks I get in return.I have disputed the account back to t-mobile.I need this removed from my credit report immediately!!!! Somebody please HELP!
