It's impossible for me to purchase from your website. I'm extremely frustrated.

     Hi, I've tried, nine times, on your online site, and twice over the phone, to purchase a plan and 4 phones.

 

     However, I received various unhelpful errors with the online site, including "Unfortunately, your information could not be verified and your order cannot be completed. Please visit a T-Mobile authorized dealer to obtain service or equipment." and, after calling customer support, one person hung up on me midway through the call, and another told me that "my address was not valid." I went over it numerous times with him, over the course of a little more than an hour, as he had a very hard time understanding me (and I've spent about 6 hours in total trying to order from the online site, as I live in a rural area, and have a poor internet connection, in addition to the flaws of the website itself). I've tried using the prepaid interface; I've tried buying the plan and devices without a credit check, and paying the deposit; I've buying them through installment. Nothing works. I've tried everything that I can.

 

     Is there a T-Mobile representative who could help me? I would love to purchase from you, but, it's currently impossible. Purchasing from T-Mobile shouldn't be this hard - I've made hundreds of orders with the exact same information online, including from other phone companies - Verizon and Virgin Mobile.

 

If there's anything that needs clarification, please, let me know.
