T-Mobile has no record of a signed or verbal agreement for fees on Signal Booster

After dealing with terrible signal in Phoenix and being transfered from phone rep to phone rep, I terminated my contract with T-Mobile.  After transfering my number, I called t-mobile to make my final payment and pay the early termination fee.  A month later, I now get a 350  bill for a signal booster that was sent out to me over a year ago and never worked.  When they offered the device, they insisted it was free. As a customer of many years, he said it was being sent out to keep me as a valued customer.  I called t-mobile and they are demanding I pay 350 or that I pay for shipping and return the device since stating they only send out return kits to current customers.  I requested they pull the recording or provide me with documentation where I signed and agreed to return/pay fees. After an hour of tranferring,  none of the reps found any record of me accepting these terms and so I was directed by the last rep to sign onto t-mobile and put my frustrations in writing in their "contact us" board.  Bad signal, bad service.  I took my dispute and logged it with the BBB as well.  Either reverse the fee or provide me with my verbal or written agreement to the terms and condition that are different than the "free" that was offered to me when I was calling to complain about bad signal, If anyone else has recieved a Signal Booster- Beware.
