So, I am coming over from Verizon wireless and decided to take advantage of the ETF credit program that T-Mobile is currently running. I ordered my phone online and received it this past Monday. After receiving the phone I started the second phase of this program by submitting my phone online. There was an error on the website and I could no longer proceed with the process. I started the process over again but received this message "We're sorry. You've reached the maximum number of trade-ins allowed for this order.". I had not even completed the process and it seems that I can no longer submit my phone. Now I don't care for this old phone, but I do care about the $300+ credit. I spoke to a number of representatives who sent me to a number of departments, all of which was not very helpful. The last rep was the most helpful, Shakira explained to me what she was going to do escalate this with her manager's approval and that I should hear back from the business department. She also explained to me since I was having these problems that the (2) weeks that I had to submit a phone would be extended. Although she is helping me, I would like to ask if there were any other reps that could help me solve this issue. The last thing I want to do is not cover my own end by not being proactive searching for answers. Thanks in advance for your help.
