Please see the attached chat conversation with Tmobile representative. As
you can clearly see that my bill was supposed to be $86.76 after taxes and
discounts, unfortunately now it says it will be 105.
I am really hoping for Tmobile to honor their word. Please let me know
about solution to this problem.

Full description of your issue: I was told that I am going to be
charged$86.76 per month after taxes and discount for 4 lines. Today, I
noticed that my bill is $105.27.
I have a written confirmation stating that my bill is going to be $86.76
but T-Mobile is rejecting to honor their word. Please fix this issue and
adjust my plan payment to $86.76.
