I was approved for the Advantage Program as a Military Retiree in an email I received which shows it was sent on April 8th and is dated April 11, 2014 ( I still have this) and was told the 15% discount would show up within 90 days after the approval in a call made to customer service in June. Well it has been way over 90 days now and still no discount. Email chat with customer service on August 1 (I have transcript) said she would get this investigated and would stay in contact. "

Haha! Over 2 weeks later and not a word from anyone! SOMEBODY AT T-MOBILE NEEDS TO DO THEIR JOB AND STOP MESSING OVER THE MILITARY! I bet if the President of the US had a T-Mobile phone they would make sure promises were kept!
