i bought the iphone 5s on august 6th i didnt get the jump plan, they told me that i had 14 days i called tmobile on 12th to add the jump plan, the guy that was helping me added the jump plan! and right now i went to my account online and i have the premium insurance!! i asked the for the jump plan!! no the premium!! i want the jump plan
