Pay As You Go - Legacy: negative message count, no renewal date problem

My last Pay As You Go top up was Aug. 16, 2014, and I got the usual 90 day expiry date.  Checking my account today, though, my account summary shows the following:

Pay As You Go - Legacy

MINUTES 123
MESSAGES -569 / 0

 

My account status

Account balance: $40.73
Account status: Active
Next payment amount: $0.00
Next charge date: 09/04/2014
Auto-Pay settings: OFF

 

1) How will I know what my expiry date is in future?  I can calculate it when I do a top up, but I don't want to chance losing my entire balance by forgetting a leap year or making another error.  This status screen should show my expiry date.

 

2) How can I have -569 messages?  Please correct this display error.

 

3) If I temporarily switch to a Pay by the day plan to get browsing, will I be able to switch back to to the Legacy Pay As You Go plan?
