T-Mobile Keeps Billing Me After I've Called, Cancelled and Have Been Told That My Account is Closed..

..how do I make it so that they don't keep doing this to me? I've done this twice in the last two months and despite the fact that they tell me it's closed, not only do they keep telling me my account is closed and that everything is paid off, they also never send me any documentation to hold this to truth. I know that they obviously keep doing this so they can keep charging me.
