Hi to the other customers of T-mobile..
I wanted to know if there is any regulatory authority for communication where I can file a complaint against T-mobile for my refund. I am tired of calling customer care, explaining my issue, being put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call getting disconnected before the issue gets resolved.. and then call again and go through the same process again, as you can't connect to the same agent twice..
I spent 5 hours on Thursday, trying to explain to various agents on how much refund T-mobile owe's me.. can't do it anymore.. and I am in no mood to pay an obscene amount of money for exactly 12 days of service..
any indication of where I can complaint would be appreciated..
