Hello,
I had contacted tforce months back and was told that my discount would be applied and now we are four months passed May and still no discount. I call and I am just told its here we can see it but its not applied to the account yet one more billing cycle. Now its been 4 billing cycle and still no discount. I have been with Tmobile for more then 7 years with no issue. If I can't get accurate help I will be saying good bye. Please someone with knowledge with this issue help me!!!
